The Denver Concert Band is a non-profit organization, and we rely entirely on member dues, ticket sales, and donations/sponsorships to keep the band running.
We greatly appreciate financial support, as it is essential for us to rent performance spaces, buy new music, and maintain our instruments. We have a wide variety of donation options, as well as specific fundraising events.

Donations scheduled for or made on this day are supported with additional contributions from sponsors like 1st Bank. Click here to donate now through ColoradoGives!

DCB Endowment Funds
The Endowment Fund was set up so that only the earnings of the fund are to be used to help the band. The principal is to be maintained. The DCB Endowment Fund (with unique tax ID number) is a perfect vehicle for planned estate gifts. The DCB Endowment Fund is managed quarterly by three custodians: Paul Plath, Stan Joy, and Ron Corsi. The custodians serve staggered 3 year terms.
There are three Endowment Fund options:
1. Gene Chick Fund (Unrestricted Fund) – the earnings are transferred into the operating account at a periodic rate.
2. Frank Parce Fund (Restricted Fund for marketing purposes) – the board authorizes the specific use of the earnings after a committee recommendation.
3. Joy of Education Fund (Restricted Fund) – earnings help with the the Young Artist Scholarship and “Show and Tell Band” with percentages of 75% and 25%, respectively.
If you would like to help the band with a lasting gift, make a donation one of our endowment funds:
